International Consultancy Europe BV (ICE BV) advises, develops and finances projects and companies involved in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem (natural capital) restoration, payments for ecosystem services (carbon finance), sustainable infrastructure and rural poverty alleviation.

ICE BV is implementing, with its partners, one of Asia's first and largest commercially financed biodiversity conservation project. ICE is designing and financing the development of similar projects throughout the world and is raising an investment fund to co-finance these environmental, economic development projects.
